Christmas 2024

Merry Christmas!!

Please enjoy this year's iteration of the letter, in photography style (stick to your strengths!)

Lots has happened that we can look back on and be grateful for. Graeme finished up his freshman year of high school and is in the throws of sophomore year. He's balancing great grades with his passion for theater and recently has taken up the drums! I remain in Portland, Maine and took a new job in solar development which I am loving! Oscar and I adopted a new kitten, Stanley, who is wreaking havoc all around their apartment. Cam has moved in with his girlfriend Maddie in Boston to a gorgeous apartment and continues to work at Bloomberg News. Trish has found a passion for pilates and walking the dog while talking about pilates. I am feeling especially thankful to be close to my family and am looking forward to the all upcoming festivities.

Enjoy our year in review!

Lovely photo from Cam and Maddie's holiday party, I'm looking shorter than ever

Less of a success, Graeme and Trish got stuck on the ski lift for 3 hours and had to be evacuated by ski patrol

Shoutout to Uncle Stephen for these Celtic soccer scarves!

Graeme's enjoying Norway's classics

Graeme was nominated for best supporting actor in Massachusetts theatre! He's at the award show with our family friend Kevin here.

I drove up to Rangely Maine to see the total eclipse, this is the only picture I took

Cam's Friendsgiving was a great success!

The whole family went down to NYC to visit Cam over Easter, we got locally approved pizza from a very trendy place in Brooklyn

I roller bladed 20 miles! Maybe too much free time on my hands

Oscar and I got this amazing photo from our friend's wedding (married couple not pictured, just us)

While we all slept in during our visit to New York City, Graeme spoke on a family friend's phycology podcast at NYU hospital on Sirius XM.

We used electric scooters to get everywhere in Norway, they work great in the rain!

Cam visiting Roy and Kay during a visit to London

Trish and G traveled to Italy, taking in the sights...and the pizza

Graeme crushed Halloween with this Vector costume and his animated witch decoration

White water rafting in Norway! We caught a brief moment in between rain showers for this picture

Family trip to Norway!! The views were amazing

Everyone enjoying time in Hamble in the sunshine

Family photo featuring our Bloomberg guest passes to get into Cam's fancy office building

Graeme played Damian in Mean Girls, training months to break out a full split on stage!

Skiing never took a back seat, Oscar and I visited friends in Driggs Idaho to get our turns in

Trish and G enjoying the sights of Italy

Huge success this year, filling up the chair for 8 at Sunday River with people we know!

Cam and Maddie's apartment drenched in sunshine

Norway views!!

Norway views, but rain in the camera, this is during our 3 day bike trip through the country

Gorgeous views from the Opera House in Oslo, apparently less rain in the capital

Cam after fish and chips with Stephen in London

Maddie and Roy mudlarking along the Thames (You can guess who led this effort)

I got into road biking with a few friends this summer, keeping my Dad's bike in tip-top shape

Please enjoy this stock like image of my first visit to one of my companies site, they are Dublin based but don't hold that against me

Stanley enjoying time at the ski cabin, Darcy not so much

We did not get better at taking selfies this year, at least we got the lighthouse in this one

Cam and Maddie always besting our selfies, this if from a day trip to Greenwich, UK

Graeme was also on stage as Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher

  1. Dear Trish, Cam, Jacqui, Graeme, and pets. Thank you for continuing to send us the Christmas greetings card (it arrived today) and invitation to read your Christmas letter (which I do each year). Although I've never met you, it's been nice to read about your adventures and life over the years. I see you spent some time with Roy and Kay during the year :) I was also fortunate enough to spend a couple of days with Roy and Kay in July; my first trip back to the UK in 9 years! I wish you all a happy 2025. best regards, Paul
